This is the analysis task to analyse an introduction from a film of our choice. I chose RocknRolla because I liked the unusual animation used at the start of it.
Isaac - this is a good analysis of the opening sequence. Throughout you demonstrate that you understand the impact that lighting and colour has on the audience. Good analysis of the font being used throughout the titles - I thought that perhaps the way Rock N Rolla is written is like letters cut out from a newspaper in a ransom style. This is also something that is often associated with punk subculture. You show an understanding of the use of basic camera shots and angles.
One thing that you need to do is broaden your use of terminology. Try not to overuse the term connotations. As the course progresses you will improve in this area.
